Payment is expected at the time of service for all encounters. Blood draws and/or tests performed will be collected at time of service as well.

New Patient visits and Established Patients = $475 per hour

Environmental/Alternative Medicine Patients = $475 per hour

All visits are based on time and will be charged at the end of the visit. If there are limited funds, please make sure to mind your time or let the staff know.

Any letters, forms of any kind, or documentation needed to be completed by Dr. Vinitsky are $475 per hour. This includes disability, FMLA forms, anything for insurance companies, etc. Environmental Evaluations are comprehensive and are likely to be expensive.

The testing is consistent with the quality medical care. Results will only be reviewed in person or by telemedicine. Phone consultations and video call appointments are the same price as in office appointments based on your specific rate.

Medical Testimony or reports for legal cases are all = $600 per hour.

Even if you have insurance, it DOES NOT mean that your visit, labs, or other services will be covered.

PLEASE check with you insurance BEFORE coming to your visit, getting blood drawn, or having a procedure done to see if your service will be covered.

It is imperative that all patients are aware of their own specific coverage.  Medicare primary care patients will pay at time of service. Claims will be submitted on behalf of the patient and any reimbursement will be sent directly to the patient. We submit insurance claims for all insurance companies. Insurance reimbursement will be sent to the patient directly from the insurance company.

IF you have Medicare with a secondary of Medicaid, there will be no reimbursement or submission of claim forms based on the Medicare/Medicaid policy.

All visits must be paid at time of service.

New patient appointments MUST be cancelled within 72 business hours before your actual appointment time. If it is not cancelled within the appropriate time frame, the patient will be charged for the full time the appointment is scheduled. ($475 for cancelled appointment)

If cancellation fee is not paid, a new appointment will not be made. Established patients, please cancel appointments 24 hours before the actual time of your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

Fees start at $50. They will increase by $25 each consecutive missed appointment.

PLEASE cancel all appointments in a timely fashion by TELEPHONE ONLY so another patient can occupy that time slot.

Emails cancelling appointments, WILL NOT be regarded as an appropriate form of notification. There must be a phone call or a voice message left with Answering Service or a staff member.

The patient portal can be accessed at power2patient.net

There is a questionnaire that can be filled out via that portal. Your user name will be given to you when you set up your appointment with the office staff.

To set up your portal, you will go to power2patient.net with the given username and temporary password then sign in. The portal will then ask you to change your temporary password and then ask you to set up 3 security questions.

Once you are in the portal, you will be able to access medical notes, labs, messaging, and the library. You can upload documents in the messaging. There will be an attach button at the bottom of the message.

You may be coming for a second opinion or may have some expectations about initiating or changing treatment for your medical condition. If you have already had recent extensive testing, new testing recommendations will be adjusted accordingly. Treatment recommendations are always based on sound clinical judgment after a thorough consideration of test results as they relate to your interview and examination. Therefore, a follow-up consultation is most often appropriate before a substantial change in treatment is recommended.
